Regular courses are run by the Flotilla to qualify members of the public in the operation of Marine Radios, and anyone wishing to attend these courses should contact the Operations Centre on 07 49 33 66 00.

Yeppoon Coastguard runs a Supporter’s Club. This club enables members of the public to insure for free assistance and also to ensure that the Coastguard can perform trouble free operations.
